Cancellation Policy

At Denvore, we understand that plans can change. This policy explains how and when you can cancel an order.

30-Minute Cancellation Window

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it for a full refund to your original payment method.

How to Cancel

• Email us at contact@denvore.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
• Your request is counted from the time we receive your email.
• We will confirm your cancellation by email.

After 30 Minutes

After 30 minutes, your order moves into processing and dispatch and can no longer be cancelled. Once it arrives, you can return it under our Refund Policy.

Refunds

Refunds for valid cancellations are processed promptly. Depending on your bank or card provider, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Cancellations by Denvore

We may cancel an order ourselves in certain cases, such as a stock issue, a pricing error or suspected fraud. If this happens, you will receive a full refund.

Changes to Your Order

If you need to change your shipping address or size, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order as well.
